I had both the privilege and pleasure to with Kym and Elaine on my bathroom tile installation. Before visiting Thomas Tile, I had been to several tile stores, tile outlets, warehouses and home center stores on a quest to find the perfect floor and wall tile. It wasn't until I entered Thomas Tile that I found the perfect fit to meet my individual needs. Not only was the customer service exceptional, there were no strong sales tactics that I had encountered @ other locations.



Kym was patient & professional. Her knowledge of their product line & her ability to zero in on my individual needs was exemplary. For me, picking out the right tile became a daunting task. However, Kym made the entire process easy & seamless. She helped me select the right color, texture & size that would compliment my bathroom space, vanity, marble top & paint color. I never felt rushed or even pressured into buying from them. But because they had such a wide selection @ an affordable price while still offering excellent quality, I purchased my floor & wall tile from Thomas Tile.



Even after my purchase, I had to contact Kym several times because I had discovered the handyman I had hired for the tile installation misrepresented his skill set. He lacked the experience & knowledge to do the job right. Fortunately, for me, Kym & Elaine continued to offer their expertise, knowledge & support by explaining to me what to expect during the installation process & how it should look upon completion. With their help & guidance I was able to point out all the flaws to the handyman. A lot of the work had to be redone. The final result could have been a disaster, but because Kym & Elaine cared enough to see it through to the end, the outcome turned out to be success.

I loved the look and installation on my luxury vinyl floors, so much that I opted to have Thomas Tile and Carpet install new carpeting. The carpeting is beautiful. And the installers did a great job, and clean up after. I may never venture outside my house anymore, I am loving the look inside.
